The Service may display images and other assets related to games and communities. Some images used in the Service were sourced from community platforms including Khada and other platforms.

Ownership and licenses: those assets remain the property of their respective owners. Where required, attribution and usage conditions follow the applicable third-party terms. If you believe an asset is used in violation of your rights or the source platform’s terms, please contact us at contact@kyou.fun with sufficient details (URL, proof of ownership, requested action).

Kyou.Fun is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

8) Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

10) Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. If a dedicated Privacy Policy page exists, it applies alongside these Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
